At the 1999 X Games, Tony Hawk did the unthinkable. He was the first person ever to land the 900, this is two and a half turns in the air. This is considered to be one of the greatest moments of sports history. This trick alone, inspired thousands to pick up a skateboard. People were blown away, crowds were cheering, this was comparable to a miracle. Very few have ever been able to land this trick, even 20 years later. The inspiration of this continues today, people still see this trick being performed and are completely blown away. The attached video is when he performed the legendary trick, which stunned the world. The excitement and shock is easily seen in the video.
