As the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 shocked the world with its success, many people were astounded with other aspects of the game. The accuracy and amazing design of the various city scapes and parks are shocking. When seeing still images of the game, it almost appears to be a photograph of the real world opposed to a video game. Many even say the game allows players to appreciate the real world because of the work and expertise that went into the design of the game. This provided inspiration for skaters and aspiring skaters to find rundown concrete havens to skateboard on, even when it means breaking the law or disobeying some rules. This image is from the most recent gam release, as you can see it is very realistic.
